Growing Mushrooms in Hawaii- We are all about to learn!
We were just given some logs that have been inoculated with pearl oyster fungi and shiitake fungi spores! No, not on the same log, but two different sets of logs with spores! We are going to be writing about our growing experience in hopes to help others through our mistakes grow their mushrooms.
