Hawaii’s Simple Gourmet Chocolate

Our chocolate is raw and contains no preservatives or emulsifiers! This gives our chocolate a unique quality of being able to be used in a solid, liquid and as a spread! Hawaii’s Simple Gourmet Chocolate can be served as a spread over ice cream or pies, it can be served as a solid in chocolate molds and it can be used in a liquid form as a dip! Here are some of ideas that we have used successfully!

Use as a topping!
Pour room temperature chocolate over ice cream. It will harden as soon as it touches the ice cream creating a soft shell!

Use in chocolate molds!
Pour room temperature chocolate in plastic molds and place in freezer for 10 -20 minutes!

Use as a dip!
Freeze strawberries and bananas and use as a dip! As soon as the chocolate hits the cold it will start to harden!

Make chocolate bars!
Pour room temperature chocolate on tin foil on top of a plate and place in freezer for 10 -20 minutes. Pull out and break apart for easy to eat pieces!
